電化學(xué)傳感器原理翻譯

電化學(xué)傳感器的構(gòu)成是:將兩個反應(yīng)電極――工作電極和對電極以及一個參比電極放置在特定電解液中,然后在反應(yīng)電極之間加上足夠的電壓,使透過涂有重金屬催化劑薄膜的待測氣體進行氧化還原反應(yīng),再通過儀器中的電路系統(tǒng)測量氣體電解時產(chǎn)生的電流,然后由其中的微處理器計算出氣體的濃度。電化學(xué)傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖與工作原理圖如下圖所示。氣體首先通過微小的毛管型開孔與傳感器發(fā)生反應(yīng),然后是憎水屏障,最終到達(dá)電極表面。穿過屏障擴散的氣體與傳感電極發(fā)生反應(yīng),傳感電極可以采用氧化機理或還原機理。這些反應(yīng)由針對目標(biāo)氣體而設(shè)計的電極材料進行催化。通過電極間連接的電阻器,與電氣濃度成正比的電流會在正極與負(fù)極間流動。測量該電流即可確定氣體濃度。求英文翻譯
